This was most recently recognised in August 2010, with the Wolf Team being awarded Telstra’s Customer Service Excellence Award, and Telstra’s Consumer Partner of the Year for Victoria.
It is an absolute pleasure to go into the shop to be met by happy, smiling staff members who bend over backwards to help you. A very rare commodity these days. Nothing is ever too much for them and if they don’t have answers, they seek them for you and reply promptly with the answer.
